A submissives contract is something incredibly personal to both the submissive, and the Dominant in the relationship. It should include things that your Dominant wants you to learn, and a specific time by which they should be mastered (no unrealistic time frames of course), and of course rules. 

Something that has been in my kittens contract since we first began our relationship, is that she is not, under any circumstances, to orgasm without my direct permission. Whether it be verbal, in text form, or any other way, it does not matter how close she is she must first ask me politely and with composure, and wait for my response. Another common rule for the submissives contract is the number (if at all) that a submissive is allowed to pleasure themselves over a period of time. My kitten started out on twice a week, but we have found that it keeps her more obedient to deny her any orgasms that aren’t directly influenced by myself.

Some other things that you could possibly include are things that you must do to please your Dominant. This is sometimes context dependant, i.e depending on what type of submissive you are. If you are a Domestic submissive, then it is common acceptance that your house/flat/apartments cleanliness be left in your hands. Talk with your Dominant and list alongside your must-do’s appropriate punishments for slip ups.
